21st Century Herbal Tea

It is easy to overwhelm ourselves these days, both mind and body. Between the air we breath and the stress from working or raising a family, it is easy to become run down. Aroma and Flavor

 A refreshing tea with strong herbal notes complimented by a touch of floral aromas and a well-tempered herbaceous flavor.

Ingredients  

Organic nettle leaf, red clover blossoms, elder berries, alfalfa leaf, red clover herb, St. John's Wort, sage, ginger root.

Brew Instructions

Fill 1 teaspoon of tea in a cloth tea bag or mesh basket and place in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes or until desired strength is reached. 

Precautions

Raw elder berries may cause vomiting and severe diarrhea if ingested raw. St. John's Wort is not to be used during phototherapy. Fair-skinned people should avoid excessive exposure to sunlight during use. May decrease the blood levels of certain orally administered drugs. Consult a healthcare practitioner before taking medications. Not for use in therapeutic doses except under the supervision of a qualified healthcare practitioner.
